Welcome, my name is Lilien Helene. I have a B.A. (May 2018) and M.A. (August 2021) in Earth Sciences, Geography from the University of Memphis. 

I have been searching for a way to direct my energy and skills towards something that uplifts me and others to realize their potential. So this is going to be a place for exploring one’s purpose or niche, finding organization, fulfillment and peace of mind.  I hope something here helps someone believe in their own destiny, or makes them think about something they haven’t before.

I’m here to share my process through words, art, experiences and curiosities in hopes to encourage healing, spread awareness, cultivate compassion and a sense of wonder. I’m deeply inspired by nature and enjoy macro photography, singing, dancing, and writing short poems and stories. I have so many passions from ancient history, to map making, to gardening, to cleaning plastics from the ocean… there’s a lot on my mind.  Hopefully as this blog grows, I can channel these passions … 

Overall healthy living, deepening my spirituality and creating something beautiful to share in this world are my top priorities.  This blog will be used to discuss ideas and issues concerning the environment, education, and health.  I’m excited to grow through expression, ready to talk to the world about the many things that rattle my brain.
